Taxa Light for 4X35
An improved Taxa Light
As a consultant for Kontrapunkt I was engaged to work on a new proposal for a Taxa Light, for the 4X35 company in Denmark. The light was inspired by the dunes of the desert, to try and design a light that would have reduced drag from winds.
Impressive results
The design is proved to reduce airdrag measurably. It doesn't give off any sound when hitting freeway speeds. The lamp doesn't need to be taken off when the car is going through a car wash, something the previous model had to.
